If so, we have the opportunity for you! Flour Bakery + Cafe is now hiring for a full-time Prep staff position. The Prep position requires flexible availability and will report directly to the Kitchen Manager but will also be given direction from other location managers.
Day-to-Day Performance Expectations:
- Execute prep list as written by KM or lead prep.
- Note the order in which tasks are to be completed.
- Provide support for coworkers in order to ensure prep is being done efficiently.
- Follow all recipes and techniques in food preparation.
- Be another set of eyes on product/Mom test
- Provide constructive feedback for the staff
- Handle food and clean stations per standard sanitation procedures.
- Assist with kitchen upkeep and deep cleaning tasks when production list is complete
- Help maintain an orderly and clean kitchen

Compensation:
This position has an average starting compensation of $15.50-$17.50 per hour($15.50 per hour + a shared percentage of sales known as the BOH appreciation, which on average adds around $2 per hour). The starting pay rate for this position is $15.50, but the total pay range is $15.50-$21.59.
